During this outdoor lesson, children will build their knowledge of French number, develop their pronunciation and improve their recall skills utilising nature in your outdoor space.

This active outdoor lesson reinforces your children’s knowledge of numbers to 20 in French. From playing a ball game in the starter, to completing various active challenges in the main, they’ll focus on developing accurate pronunciation and recall, and writing in French.

Develop your children’s fluency of the French alphabet with this creative outdoor lesson. Your children will learn and practise saying the letters of the French alphabet with the correct pronunciation in different ways and consolidate their learning about the numbers to 20 in French through a maths-based plenary.

The main activity of this outdoor lesson tasks your children with creating a family tree to develop and practise their understanding of basic French greetings through listening and speaking.

Have your children apply their knowledge of using greetings with this outdoor lesson.
